Our client is a leading provider of integrated business solutions for clients in the property and casualty, collision repair, and automotive recycling industries. They assist in helping property/casualty insurers streamline workflow, increase estimating accuracy and speed claims processing. Our client is a Fortune 500 company boasting over 40 years of double-digit earnings per share growth.

In order to continue their track record of success our client is currently seeking a Senior Vice President responsible for leading their largest business division, Automotive Claims Solutions. This is a highly visible position reporting directly to the President of CSG. This individual will be the senior leader of the Automotive Claims Solutions business unit ($170mm in revenue and 1000 associates in America), the largest operating unit of the Claims Services Group. Will act as a change agent to drive all actions and initiatives in support of CSG’‘s mission to be the premier global provider to the property and casualty industry and related businesses for information technology services to cover the entire end-to-end claims process. This position will require 25% to 30% travel. The ideal candidate must possess hands on experience in leading a team and successfully integrate new product line(s) into an existing business while maintaining high growth/profitability. Successful characteristics include: a proven change agent while maintaining the ability of the organization to achieve current operational goals, entrepreneurial, achiever, large P&L responsibility, having the right balance between strategic insight and operational drive, ability to push revenue growth with new product launch. Must have excellent communication/sales skills and professional/executive presence.
