Our client is a $360 million packaging design and distribution organization with more clout, creative resources, and industry knowledge than any other company in the business. Established in 1902, they are considered an industry "Super Distributor.” Our client is owned by several institutional investors and a private equity firm in Chicago. They have approximately 300 employees.

In order to continue their track record of success, our client is currently seeking an Operations Manager for their Phoenix location. There are approximately 45 people in this facility. The Operations Manager will have 3 direct reports from Customer Service, Administration, and the Warehouse departments. This individual will be active in all aspects of the business, and work to manage efficiency and support internal growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervision of the following critical areas: Customer Service, Customer Billing, Warehouse & Delivery and Inventory Control. The Operations Manager will also be responsible for evaluating workload and staffing issues as well as developing and managing ongoing employee training programs. This individual will assume 100% responsibility for all internal operations.
