Founded by former senior HR, Sales and Recruiting executives
with over 30 years of experience, CRS is headquartered in Los
Alamitos, CA. and has affiliate locations in Chicago, IL and
Dallas, TX.
Our core business is targeted research, allowing our clients
to pinpoint specific competitors, industries and locations
to identify the ideal candidates for their positions. We
seek out and qualify individuals possessing the skill sets
companies demand. Our emphasis is placed extensively on the
passive candidate or those people not actively pursuing employment

Starting with recruitment research as the cornerstone, CRS has expanded to provide clients with much more than candidate
identification and HR research. Our proprietary SQL database
