This recruitment research package provides our clients a step up from the Silver package. This package provides very comprehensive contact information on professionals whose job titles and responsibilities meet your current position openings.

	First a Client Services Manager is assigned to the project.
	Next a Research Blueprint TM is developed to pinpoint our search parameters.
	These parameters direct the research staff on locations, titles, companies and overall job responsibilities.
	The Client Services Manager will actively direct our research staff each step of the way.
	The client receives detailed contact information on 30 professionals whose job description and responsibilities equal that of their open position within targeted industries and geographic areas. These individuals may or may not be interested in the opportunity. However, all of the professionals identified will be guaranteed to meet all minimum position specifications.
	The Client Services Manager verifies interest level, specific experience, education, and geographic preference by second screening all interested contacts. Resumes are always requested and when obtained they are passed along to our client.
	Our Client Services Manager will work continually with the client throughout the process to ensure accuracy, timeliness and overall client satisfaction.

Like all of our packages or hourly work, Custom Research Solutions focuses primarily on the passive candidate market. Each client search begins from scratch; we DO NOT use a static database. All research activity becomes the property of our client for use now or whenever they choose. The Gold package enables our client companies the time and resources to directly contact and recruit potential candidates after we have generated focused and concentrated contact information sheets. This package is best suited for those companies wanting a candidate pool, more narrowly sorted and second screened with a higher degree of immediate interest.
