	Candidate Identification: We identify key contacts in our clients’ specified companies and provide contact numbers, email addresses, and job titles so our clients can easily contact them about career opportunities with their company.
	Recruitment Research: This is a great alternative when one of our standard packages is more than what the client needs. We complete a Research Blueprint, assign a client services manager, identify, screen and phone interview candidates from the passive job market on your behalf. You only end up with contact information on the candidates who are both qualified and interested in your opportunity.
	Resume Screening Service: This is a great service for clients who receive a large volume of resume responses to Internet job postings, classified ads or job fairs. We will efficiently prescreen these candidates leaving you only the candidates that meet your specified minimum qualifications.

Each research assignment begins from scratch; we DO NOT use a static database. All research activity becomes the property of our client for use now or whenever they choose. Our hourly services require a 40-hour minimum commitment. Any research hours, which remain unused, may be applied towards a future assignment at the discretion of our client.
