Cost for this service starts at 18% of starting total compensation for each hire and varies depending on location, title, skill sets, industry, and salary requirements.

	First a Client Services Manager is assigned to the project.
	Next a Research Blueprint TM is developed to pinpoint our search parameters.
	These parameters direct the research locations, titles, industries, companies, and job responsibilities.
	The Client Services Manager will actively direct our research staff each step of the way.
	CRS will provide enough candidates who meet your specifications and who are interested in your company’s employment opportunity. The professionals we present will be identified, screened and verified to have the specific experience, education, and geographic preferences the position requires.
	The Client Services Manager will verify interest level, specific experience, education, and geographic preference will second screen all interested contacts and obtain resumes in most cases.
	Our Client Services Manager will work continually with the client throughout the process to ensure accuracy, timeliness and overall client satisfaction. The assignment is considered complete when our client has successfully hired the ideal candidate.

We have added this service at the request of some of our long-term clients. Like all of our packages or hourly work, Custom Research Solutions focuses primarily on the passive candidate market. Each client search begins from scratch; we DO NOT use a static database.
