Our philosophy is to exceed client expectations by paying attention to detail and working interactively with our customers throughout the entire research process from questionnaire development to final reporting and everything in between.

As marketing research evolves to recognize the importance of relationships with customers, employees and suppliers, CRS embraces the importance of these relationships as we practice and refine our skills for our clients. We have modified our practices and beliefs to create an additional arm of research—customer research. We’ve used our listening and reporting skills honed through our recruiting research and made some basic changes to allow us to conduct marketing research among a wide variety of populations for our customers. Establishing procedures to respond to and solve problems voiced by individual responding customers and employees.
Acknowledging participation in our surveys to reassure customers and employees that their information actually was attended to and to increase the likelihood they’ll willingly participate in future surveys.

We measure our client satisfaction by assuming a more personalized front with customers and employees demonstrating how it can actually strengthen relationships with businesses and their customers. While our marketing research discipline evolves to fill many information needs, we offer marketing and employee satisfaction measurements, benchmarking and new market exploration all with the mind-set of “customer research.”
