As a primary research and consulting firm, CRS
is focused on delivering targeted research results for our
clients. Our research process allows our clients to pinpoint
specific competitors, industries, and locations to identify
ideal people for their needs. Our Recruitment Research process
is designed to seek out and qualify individuals possessing
the skill sets your company demands. Our emphasis is placed
on the passive candidate or those people not actively pursuing
employment opportunities.
Strategy and Direction
Together we will build a Research Blueprint,
create your company profile, describe your organizational
and departmental policies, and specify the job at hand and
requirements. The Research Blueprint is the framework for
the assignment and critical to our understanding your company’s
specific needs.
(Approximate Timeline: 1 week - running concurrently with Step
2.)
Business Environment Assessment
Targeted industries, companies, divisions, specific locations,
and geographic areas are identified. Database and search parameters
are based on these criteria.
(Approximate Timeline: 1 week - running concurrently with step
1.)
Research
An individual Research Specialist or a team of Researchers
is assigned to the project. Contacts are sourced by job title
and/or job description within the criteria specified by the
client. Professional associations, directories, client and
membership lists are reviewed and updated continually throughout
the research process.
(Approximate Timeline: 2-3 weeks depending on industry and
position)
Screening
All data and contact results are qualified based on minimum
qualification questions specified at the onset of the Research
process. For Recruitment research all preferred qualifications
are also included to give an overview of the contacts specific
experience, background, and additional skill sets. A resume
is always requested but not necessarily obtained due to the
actively working status of the contacts.
(Approximate Timeline: 2-3 weeks - running concurrently with
step 3.)
Verification
For Recruitment Research, based on the level of package, a
client services manager second screens all contacts identified
as both qualified and interested. Their level of interest is
verified and the information is finalized prior to being sent
to the client. Feedback is gathered continually from the client
by a Client Services Manager to insure consistency and quality.
On specialized research assignments and per contractual agreement
all research is quality control inspected before being passed
on to the client.
(Approximate Timeline: 2-3 weeks - running concurrently with
steps 3 & 4)
